Due to ongoing Covid19 pandemic we are taking extra precautions!

We would like to add that your and your family’s health is our top priority, therefore we have all been fully vaccinated under the current state of medical knowledge, as per the FDA as well the EMA recommendations, with vaccines available in Poland. So far, we have received two doses of the vaccine as well as a booster, and we are looking forward to the next one.
All patients and Visitors will be asked screening questions during the entry process. Patients will be asked screening questions during the appointment check in process.
The screening questions are:
1. Have you had a fever 37.5 or more in the last 24 hours? or
2. Do you have new or worsening:
Sore throat
Cough
Runny nose
Shortness of breath
Fatigue
If you show any of the symptoms listed above, you suspect that you might have Covid-19 disease, or you have had contact with an infected person, you have just come back from abroad, or you have a referral for a Covid test - PLEASE notify us.
Unfortunately, in such a case we will not be able to see you, but we will gladly postpone your appointment to the earliest possible date. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
For the sake of our center, we must follow special restrictions. For the sake of safety, and in order to stop the spread of SARS-CoV-2, we are doing our utmost to follow sanitary regulations and personal hygiene habits.
In particular:
1. Upon entering our center, an initial screen test is performed, as above.
We kindly ask that you fill out the survey truthfully, and with care, and that you put a date and your signature on the survey.
2. Our staff is wearing certified protective equipment at all times.
3. We undertake to do our best to keep social distance, therefore we schedule fewer appointments, and limit the number of accompanying persons within.
4. We have adopted more STRINGENT rules on the cleaning and disinfection of our premises.
5. We perform video and telephone appointments for persons who need dermatologic consultation but who wish to remain at home.
In order to make our efforts more effective - we kindly ask for your assistance and cooperation:
1. We kindly request that during your appointment at our center you wear a surgical mask over your NOSE and MOUTH (three-layer mask - medical grade) which will fit snugly on your face.
2. We kindly ask that you thoroughly sanitize your hands on entering the premises.
3. We also advise you not to remove your mask, consume any food, and also refrain from making, or taking phone calls while you wait for your appointment.
4. For obvious reasons, we kindly ask that you arrive at our center ALONE – of course, if you are of age.
In the case of CHILDREN - we ask that ONLY ONE family member comes with the patient into the building and that everyone wears a mask!
* In emergency situations, - if an extra accompanying person is absolutely necessary for the appointment to happen – we kindly ask that you notify us in advance of such a situation so that we could take preventive measures. We also allow the possibility that the patient stays in contact with the necessary member of the family over his or her phone throughout the whole appointment.
5. Before the appointment at our center takes place, you will receive a call, and/or a text message reminding you of it.

We have the so-called “quick” tests at our disposal, which we may use if there is any doubt as to your present condition.
Please be informed that at our center diagnostic examination might be performed to determine the level of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. The price set by Diagnostyka S.A. applies.
